Social Media Intro Training Breakdown

- The Questionnaire Session – This process helps me to understand you and/or your company. We identify you online and offline brand image and evaluate if they are mirroring each other. Things we will discuss: Target demographics, mission statements, unique selling proposition, current state of social media, traditional marketing plan, marketing budgets, competitors, ect. This process helps us prepare by what I call the Research & Development Phase to get ready for session 2.
- Social Media Blueprint Session – A clearly defined blueprint of your social media strategy. An explanation of how all of the parts work, why they work and where the time and/or financial investments should be made. (Possibilities include customer service plan, information distribution, SEO, Text campaigns, Ustream, Youtube, contests, give-a-ways, ect and how the your social media strategy can blend into your current traditional marketing campaigns.) We will discuss activities that could drive revenue, save your company money, and/or are simply low cost branding strategies to ensure that your future digital footprint is on solid ground.
- Business Blogging – Learn how to put some personality in your blog while maintaining a professional image. We want people visiting your blog even when they are not ready to buy. Touches, touches, touches. If we are only talking about our products or services, why would they keep coming back? Let’s find some of your companies leaders and integrate some passionate hobbies, spotlight/feature customers, and share information that your target demographic will get excited about! Content creation is what it is all about. Your customers and prospects will love it, and so will Google!!!! We will also discuss digital lead capture strategies, touch on importance of SEO, and integration of social media.
- Social Media Basic Strategy – How to get the most out of Twitter and Facebook and how to run a Twitter account/campaign with multiple users and/or accounts via 3rd party applications. How to track links, traffic, and engage targeted customers/clients effectively.
- Bonus Session & Topic is Up to You! I do not use a timer for my sessions, so some of them will probably run over an hour! Again, my job is to make sure you have a clear understanding of the material, concept and process. I never want you to feel overwhelmed, and I take great pride in making sure my clients are successful. I will also add in another session above to answer all of your added questions and/or touch on another topic!
